My care is rooted in a strong understanding of physiology and body-mechanics, with deep trust in your own intuition, innate wisdom, and connection with your baby. This support continues into the postpartum time, helping you feel informed and reassured in the early days of parenthood.

Below are the details of my birth care package, which forms the foundation of your care with me through pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum.

Postpartum Care Continuum

These packages include both birth and postpartum support, offering continuity of care from pregnancy through childbirth and into the early weeks after baby arrives earthside. This intentional care provides the steadiness of familiar support as you recover, integrate your experience, and find your rhythm in early parenthood.

Experienced feeding/lactation support and reflexology offered at every postpartum visit.

Root & Return

$2444 incl. GST

A four-week postpartum container for families who would like continued in-home care as they transition into life with their baby.

This package includes 16 hours of in-home support, offered through 4-hour visits over 4 weeks. Visits are spaced weekly, allowing care to unfold steadily and with ease as you settle into this new season.

Includes:

• Holistic Doula Care & Birth Support package ($1875)

• 16 hours of in-home postpartum care ($640 value at $40/hr)

• Four weeks of in-person visits

The Unfolding

$3300 incl. GST

A six-week postpartum container for families who desire more frequent, sustained in-home care as they transition into life with their baby.

This package includes 40 hours of in-home support, offered through 4-hour visits over 6 weeks, with up to three visits per week depending on your family’s needs and rhythm.

Includes:

• Holistic Doula Care & Birth Support package ($1875)

• 40 hours of in-home postpartum care ($1600 value at $40/hr)

• Six weeks of in-person visits

• Closing Ceremony (Optional.)

Additional Offerings

• Mother Blessing. Prenatal ceremony honouring this sacred time. Often held with close friends and family or 1:1 with me.

• Goddess Session. Prenatal reflexology massage followed by a relaxing reiki session. Wonderful anytime, but especially in the third trimester.

• Closing Ceremony. Postpartum ritual to mark this sacred rite of passage. Typically offered between 3-12 weeks postpartum, however it’s never too late!

• Holistic Postpartum Care. Offered to birth clients at a special rate of $40/per hour. Learn more about postpartum care here.
