Caring for fresh families is a true love of mine. I provide incomparable care, non-judgmental companionship, and professional support. My holistic postpartum care is highly individualized. Whether this is your first child or third, you be well cared for and supported.
I support a limited amount of families at a time. If you are embarking on a parenting journey and you have the foresight to see that you may need some additional support in “your village”, book me early to secure a spot. Together we can make this tender transition to parenthood a more positive one for the whole family — filled with love, comfort, reassurance, and nourishment.
Newborns take time adjusting to life outside of the womb; parents take time adjusting to caring for newborns! The hormonal shift after having a baby is the biggest shift (in the shortest amount of time) that you will ever experience in your entire lifespan.
You deserve to be cared for during this time. You don’t have to do it alone.
I offer practical support and I also promote healing and relaxation with a variety of wellness offerings. These include reiki energy healing, yoga movements, guided meditation and breathwork, plus all clients are offered a one hour reflexology session at every postpartum care visit.
Holistic Postpartum Doula Care:
Caring for postpartum families in Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby and Port Moody.
Available Monday to Thursday, daytime and evenings.
Overnights are available most nights of the week, including weekends depending on your location.

Assist with implementing techniques for comfort as babies adjust to being earth side
Provide experienced infant feeding support; be it breast, bottle, or a combination of both
Offer infant supervision while a parent (or both parents) nap and/or bathe
Assist with infant care, including diaper changes, hygiene, and bathing
Baby wearing education utilizing your stretchy wrap, ring sling or soft structured carrier.

One complimentary Reflexology session at every visit
Guided meditation, breathwork and gentle yoga movements woven into our time together as needed
Share resources on various parenting philosophies
Provide book recommendations
Recognize the normal signs of post birth (vaginal or surgical) recovery
Referrals to local wellness practitioners and additional resources, as requested
And perhaps most importantly, offer reassurance and help build the confidence of new parents as they navigate the most vulnerable time postpartum — the fourth trimester.

Post-pregnancy care without a baby. No matter the circumstances, I am well-equipped to care for you as you heal.
Fee for support:
Standard Rate. The standard rate for daytime and evening support is $38/hour with a minimum booking of 3 hours, up to a maximum of 6 hours. Includes complimentary reflexology session.
Overnight Rate. The overnight rate is $255 for 6 hours of support, 10pm to 4am.
Reiki Session. You may add on an in-home one hour Reiki Session for $88.
Payment plans available. Gift Certificates can be provided. Bundled pricing available for ongoing support.
