Katherine offers practical guidance, not only for preparing for birthing in your power, but also to move towards motherhood fully embodied. Katherine centres you in this experience, striving to reflect back to you your own innate wisdom.
When you book into Holistic Doula Care with Katherine, you can expect thoughtful pregnancy support, comprehensive birth preparation, confidant companionship during your birth process, and real-time guidance to feel better equipped in the early postpartum period.
Katherine accepts 2-3 birth clients per month. There are only a handful of spaces still available for birth care for this year - currently booking into October 2024.

Pregnancy Care
One hour initial connection call to feel out if we are right for each other
Three to Four Childbirth Education sessions, 6+ hours of live education and curated resources.
Monthly Online Connection Sessions. These include: fear release exercises, exploration of breath work, guided meditation & self-mastery tools to help support you in pregnancy, birth and into parenthood.
Ongoing phone and email support from the moment we start working together
On-call availability for your birth
Birth Care
Continuous in-person support and reassurance as early as requested
Use of TENS machine
Use of birth pool, accessories, and supplies
Access to Reflexology and Reiki during the birthing process
Two to three hours of immediate postpartum and feeding support
Other holistic offerings include: Acupressure, Breath Guidance, Essential Oils, Relaxation Massage, and Yoga Movements.
Postpartum Care
Two Postpartum Visits. Option to add more visits.
One hour Reflexology session offered at both visits
Experienced feeding support and education
A safe container to reflect on your birth process
Gentle movement suggestions to help with recovery
Baby wearing education utilizing your stretchy wrap, ring sling or soft structured carrier

Additional Offerings
Mother Blessing. Prenatal ceremony honouring this sacred time. Often held with close friends and family or 1:1 with me.
Goddess Session. Prenatal reflexology massage followed by a relaxing reiki session. Wonderful anytime, but especially in the third trimester.
Closing Ceremony. Postpartum ritual to mark this sacred rite of passage. Offered between 6-12 weeks postpartum.
Postpartum Visits. (2 hours) Add more visits to your birth care package.
Holistic Postpartum Care. Receive a special client rate for shifts 4 hours or more. Learn more here.
