PreNATAL Care
Initial connection call to feel out if we are right for each other
Three Childbirth Education sessions, 6+ hours of childbirth education and postpartum prep. In-person or online.
Monthly Online Connection Sessions. Optional online calls with breathwork, guided meditation, and space for questions. Designed to support you alongside our prenatal education.
Ongoing phone and email support from the moment we start working together
On-call availability for your birth
Birth Care
Continuous in-person support and reassurance as early as requested
Use of TENS machine
Use of birth pool, accessories, and supplies
Two or more hours of immediate postpartum and feeding support
Holistic Comfort Measures include: Acupressure, Breath Guidance, Essential Oils, Reflexology, Relaxation Massage, Reiki, and Yoga Movements.
Postpartum Care
One or Two Postpartum Visits. Option to add more visits.
One or Two Reflexology sessions included
Experienced feeding support and education
A safe container to reflect on your birth process
Gentle movement suggestions to help with recovery
Baby wearing education utilizing your stretchy wrap, ring sling or soft structured carrier
Additional Offerings
Katherine, June 2021, during her fourth pregnancy
Mother Blessing. Prenatal ceremony honouring this sacred time. Often held with close friends and family or 1:1 with me.
Goddess Session. Prenatal reflexology massage followed by a relaxing reiki session. Wonderful anytime, but especially in the third trimester.
Closing Ceremony. Postpartum ritual to mark this sacred rite of passage. Typically offered between 6-12 weeks postpartum, however it’s never too late!
Postpartum Visits. (2 hours) Add more visits to your birth care package.
