When you choose Holistic Doula Care & Birth Support with me, Katherine, you’re not just receiving support—you’re choosing guidance grounded in trust, respect, and deep connection. I offer thoughtful pregnancy guidance, empowering birth preparation, and confident companionship during the birth process. Together, we’ll navigate the early postpartum days with real-time support, helping you feel grounded and reassured.
As a mother of four and lifelong student of the feminine rites of passage, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of undisturbed birth. My intention is to help you connect with your intuition, deepen your trust in your body, and experience childbirth in sovereignty.
I work with a small number of clients—only 1 to 3 per month—so I can offer the personal care and attention each journey deserves. Spring and Summer 2025 are fully booked, however I do have availability for Fall and Winter 2025/2026:

Below are the birth care package details. The earlier you reach out, the more time we have to grow our connection!
Investment: $1875/$2000 (including GST)
PreNATAL Care
One hour initial connection call to feel out if we are right for each other
Three Childbirth Education sessions, 6+ hours of childbirth education and postpartum prep. In-person or online.
Monthly Online Connection Sessions. These include: fear release exercises, exploration of breath work, guided meditation & self-mastery tools to help support you in pregnancy, birth and into parenthood.
Ongoing phone and email support from the moment we start working together
On-call availability for your birth
Birth Care
Continuous in-person support and reassurance as early as requested
Use of TENS machine
Use of birth pool, accessories, and supplies
Two or more hours of immediate postpartum and feeding support
Holistic Comfort Measures include: Acupressure, Breath Guidance, Essential Oils, Reflexology, Relaxation Massage, Reiki, and Yoga Movements.
Postpartum Care
One or Two Postpartum Visits. Option to add more visits.
One or Two Reflexology sessions included
Experienced feeding support and education
A safe container to reflect on your birth process
Gentle movement suggestions to help with recovery
Baby wearing education utilizing your stretchy wrap, ring sling or soft structured carrier
Additional Offerings
Mother Blessing. Prenatal ceremony honouring this sacred time. Often held with close friends and family or 1:1 with me.
Goddess Session. Prenatal reflexology massage followed by a relaxing reiki session. Wonderful anytime, but especially in the third trimester.
Closing Ceremony. Postpartum ritual to mark this sacred rite of passage. Typically offered between 6-12 weeks postpartum, however it’s never too late!
Postpartum Visits. (2 hours) Add more visits to your birth care package.
